Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Elevate

About Elevate Partners:
Elevate Partners is a specialist recruitment firm focused on high-level
appointments across Capital Markets, Asset Management, Aircraft Leasing, Real

The Opportunity:
We are expanding our team and looking for ambitious, commercially minded
graduates to join us as trainee recruiters. You don’t need prior recruitment
experience – just drive, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. This is a
unique opportunity to join an experienced team where full training and career
development are central to your success.

You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting both clients and
candidates, with the initial focus likely to be on our temporary and contract
desk. This will give you exposure to a fast-paced area of recruitment, while
building the core skills needed for long-term success across multiple markets.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

  • Build
    and manage relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identify,
    attract, and engage top-tier professionals across financial services
  • Manage
    the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing to offer
  • Support
    business development by identifying new client opportunities
  • Use
    leading recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal
    CRM
  • Develop
    expert knowledge of your market and become a go-to resource for clients
    and candidates

What We’re Looking For:

  • A
    recent graduate (or someone with 0–2 years’ experience) from a business,
    finance, HR, law, or communications background
  • Strong
    interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive,
    detail-oriented, and eager to take on responsibility
  • A
    genuine interest in recruitment and financial services
  • Driven,
    resilient, and motivated by learning and development
