We are currently recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a charming independent 4-star boutique hotel located on the stunning west coast of Ireland.
The property is renowned for its exceptional hospitality, award-winning fine dining restaurant and commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience. Welcoming both Irish and international guests, it offers an intimate working environment where attention to detail, teamwork and genuine hospitality are at the heart of everything.
The restaurant serves refined seasonal cuisine using high-quality local produce and has built an excellent reputation within Ireland's culinary scene. Alongside the evening fine dining experience, the hotel also offers a relaxed dining service, afternoon tea and an extensive wine programme.
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, lead and develop the front-of-house team, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management. You will also play a key role in the management of the wine programme, staff training and the continuous improvement of service standards.
