The Role

As a Retail Advisor, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to driving sales performance while supporting your store and team in achieving key business objectives across both sales and customer experience.

You will align your approach with Vodafone’s value pillars of customer, simplicity and growth. You are a strong team player with a focus on delivering a first‑class customer experience.

What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities:

• You will thrive in retail customer facing environment and achieve Individual sales targets set by the business, contributing to overall store performance

• Complete all role‑related administration accurately and within agreed timelines

• Consistently provide a high‑quality, customer‑focused experience in every interaction

• Stay up to date with new products, services, and offerings through our partner supports and internal training portals to confidently support and advise customers

• Take ownership of customer queries and needs, managing them in a positive and professional manner through to resolution

• Support and maintain strong store standards, including effective housekeeping, to ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming environment

Who you are

Skills and Experience:

Essential

• A strong customer mindset with the ability to take ownership of customer issues to achieve a positive outcome

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor your style depending on the audience

• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive, with a positive and energetic approach

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts in line with store opening hours

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing, sales or retail environment

• An interest in technology, mobile products, or telecommunications

• Awareness of sales targets or performance metrics, with a willingness to learn and develop in this area

• Experience maintaining high standards of presentation, organisation, or housekeeping within a workplace

• Confidence using digital tools or systems to support day‑to‑day tasks
