Are you a qualified Solicitor or Barrister interested in joining a multidisciplinary high-performance legal team? The Revenue Solicitor’s Division manages a varied caseload to include tax appeal cases to the value of over €1bn, summary and indictable criminal prosecutions and a diverse portfolio of litigation cases.

You will be part of a legal team with a proven track record in achieving successful outcomes for its client across a range of legal disciplines to include the following areas:

• providing legal and strategic advice on a large body of complex tax cases applying domestic and international tax legislation and evolving tax policy


• advising on the conduct of civil and criminal investigations


• providing strategic litigation advice and case management across a wide range of issues.

Your role of providing legal advice and legal representation in cases before the Tax Appeals Commission, District Court, Circuit Court and Superior Courts in addition to the European Courts will make a valued and meaningful contribution to Revenue’s strategic objectives and provide you with a rewarding and fulfilling career in a dynamic organisation.
