Sales Assistant - Full-Time

SPAR IFSC Dublin is currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will help deliver excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and support the day-to-day operation of the store.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Assist customers with queries and purchases

• Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately

• Replenish shelves and ensure products are displayed correctly

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when required

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support store operations

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Previous retail or deli experience would be beneficial

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Ability to use initiative and work independently when required

• Sound judgement and decision-making skills

• Self-motivated and reliable

• Good attention to detail
