A leading commercial vehicle dealership in the West of Ireland is seeking an experienced and commercially driven HGV Sales Executive to join its growing team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for commercial vehicles to represent industry-leading brands including MAN Trucks and ISUZU Commercial Vehicles, selling into fleet operators, logistics companies, haulage contractors and transport businesses throughout the region.

The Role

This is a consultative sales position focused on the commercial transport sector. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts and driving sales growth across new and used HGVs and commercial vehicles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Selling new and used HGVs and commercial vehicles


• Promoting the MAN and ISUZU vehicle ranges to fleet and transport customers


• Developing relationships with haulage companies, logistics providers and fleet operators


• Generating new business opportunities throughout the territory


• Conducting vehicle presentations and customer demonstrations


• Managing the sales process from enquiry through to delivery


• Achieving agreed sales targets and business objectives


• Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive business development


• Working closely with aftersales and service teams to maximise customer retention

Candidate Profile

We are keen to speak with individuals who have:

• Previous experience in HGV, truck, commercial vehicle or fleet sales


• A proven track record in business development and account management


• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills


• The ability to build long-term customer relationships


• Experience dealing with transport operators and fleet decision-makers


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• A full driving licence


• A self-motivated and target-driven approach
