• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any sales-related issues or obstacles, working closely with internal teams to find solutions.


• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with various internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to support the sales process and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.


• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.


• Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party suppliers or partners to ensure seamless integration and support for sales initiatives.

• Self-Motivation: Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently or as part of a sales team.


• Deadline Orientation: Capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines, demonstrating drive and commitment to achieving sales targets.


• Sales Operations Management: Familiarity with the fundamentals of sales operations and support.


• Sales Support Platform Management: Experience in managing sales support platforms such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems.


• Client Relationship Management: Knowledge of maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service.


• Communication Skills: Excellent documentation, reporting, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for effective sales support.


• Digital Security Awareness: Strong awareness of digital security practices and protocols in the context of sales operations.
