Senior Contract Management Analyst

Gain end-to-end ownership and hands-on experience in a global SAP transformation.

The Contract Management Senior Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end execution and control of rebate and commission processes for the Canada business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong business partnering within a global finance environment.

This is an 18-month maternity cover, offering a unique opportunity to gain deep expertise in rebate accounting, commercial finance processes, and SAP S/4HANA transformation while working in a highly visible global finance team.

What you will do with us:

• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of rebate and commission agreements
• Ensure accurate setup, accruals, settlements, and payments across SAP and legacy systems
• Support period-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis
• Act as a key control point to ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
• Partner with Commercial and Finance teams in Canada and North America to resolve discrepancies and validate agreements
• Support the transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy and continuity
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardisation, and automation
• Manage a complex workload independently, planning activities across monthly and annual cycles

Your qualifications and attributes 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5+ years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, RTR, OTC or Commercial Finance environments
• SAP experience required (S/4HANA preferred)
• Experience working with complex ERP environments and large datasets (SAP, reporting tools, Excel)
• Experience with rebates, commissions, or similar financial processes is an advantage
• Experience supporting system implementations, business transformations, or process transitions is advantageous
• Good understanding of financial controls and accounting principles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with commercial stakeholders
• Self-driven and organised, with the ability to manage workload independently
• Ability to work effectively across teams and time zones
