Senior Early Years Educator

We are seeking a Lead Educator to join a well-established creche in Ireland. This is a key position for someone who is confident leading a room, supporting daily routines, and ensuring high-quality care and education for children.

Start date: Mid‑August

Location: Sligo, Ireland 

Contract: Full-time

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in Early Years in Ireland (minimum 1 year required).
• Strong understanding of Irish childcare standards and regulations.
• Ability to lead a team, support colleagues, and maintain a positive learning environment.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education.

Requirements

• QQI Level 6 (or equivalent) required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
