Senior Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of engineering
  projects.
  
• Prepare design documentation, technical specifications, and contract
  documents.
  
• Develop and review electrical designs, providing technical guidance and
  oversight to junior and intermediate engineers.
  
• Design and analyse electrical systems in accordance with project
  requirements and industry standards.
  
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design teams, clients, and
  stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Maintain the highest standards of technical accuracy, quality, and
  compliance across all project deliverables.
  
• Support project budgeting, cost estimation, and financial control
  activities.
  
• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and project
  documentation.
  
• Mentor and support the professional growth of junior and intermediate
  engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, industry
  standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Proficiency in industry standard electrical design and engineering
  software.
  

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical engineering or building
  services design.
  
• Proven experience delivering a diverse range of commercial, mixed use and
  data centre projects is an advantage.
  
• Demonstrable experience leading design teams and managing projects
  deliverables.
  
• Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within
  budget.
