Job Description - Senior Engineer - Residential Projects

Client: Leading Residential Developer

Project: Large Scale Residential New Build

Essentials: HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification, minimum of 5 years’ similar experience in Ireland, experience with setting out and managing engineers.

Location: North Dublin

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000

Progression: Opportunity to lead and mentor an engineering team

Overseeing: Site management, quality assurance, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder relationships

Oversee health and safety, quality and project compliance.

Coordinate design reviews, technical queries and issue resolution.

Manage subcontractors, utilities and stakeholders to meet programme targets.

Monitor progress, resolve delays and conduct quality inspections.

Oversee QA, document control and building control compliance.

Coordinate work packages, trade sequencing and procurement.

Drive efficiencies through design optimisation and value engineering.

Lead site engineering teams and promote a customer-focused culture
