Role: Senior Lettings & Management Agent
Client: Boutique Residential & Commercial Estate Agency
Essentials: 2+ years experience in Residential Lettings & Property Management; capable of winning new business; PSRA Licensed; Full Driving License & Personal Vehicle
Location: South Dublin
Salary: €40,000 - €50,000
Package: Commission (10%/15%); Pension; Phone; Mileage; Bonus structure; Quarterly social events
Progression: Opportunity to lead and grow out the Lettings & Management Division
Reporting to: Managing Director

Manage a portfolio of 240 residential properties, ensuring high standards of service.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual landlords.

Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Oversee day-to-day property management tasks, including maintenance and tenant communications.

Conduct property viewings and manage the lettings process from start to finish.
