Senior Product Owner

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner (PO) to lead the agile team responsible for customers’ New Business Process including embedding AI services into our core solution.  This is a very exciting time to join us as we redefine the possibilities for assisting underwriters through the use of automation and AI and build on our global leading solution.

Role Purpose
The PO will lead an agile team of BA, R&D, engineering and QA professionals in market needs and product definition, manages the product roadmap and backlog and manages the products’ go-to-market execution.

Accountabilities 
The PO is responsible for our digital products’ and services’ success:
•    Delivering better outcomes for the insurance companies who buy our products and digital services and the consumers who use them
•    Ensuring the commercial success of their products
•    Embedding AI into our core products
•    Engaging the whole agile team and maximising the potential for delivery
•    Potential for line management responsibility 

Day to Day Responsibilities
•    Managing the product roadmap and backlog
•    Defining the go-to-market strategy and executing the GTM plan in collaboration with the Product Director
•    Participating with PM peers in product agile ceremonies, managing dependencies and resourcing
•    Gain an in-depth level of understanding of the Insurance domain – our customer’s businesses and our product set.
•    Talking to customers and internal stakeholders around the world to discover customer problems and identify requirements and opportunities to meet their needs, including building the business case for investment.
•    Using data to make decisions - define KPIs, set goals, milestones, and gather data, synthesise into themes, analyse to steer product direction.
•    Developing the collateral and messaging and Presenting the Product Roadmap.
•    To champion a diverse & inclusive culture 
•    Ensure security acceptance criteria are included in backlog items and validated in delivery.
•    To lead a high performing team with a people first attitude 

Essential Requirements:
•    3rd level graduate in relevant competency or equivalent experience
•    5+ years digital services product management experience
•    5+ Experience of working in a scaled/agile team
