Job Description - Senior Property Manager

On behalf of a major player in Dublin’s build -to -rent market, offering high -quality, professionally managed homes, we are looking to hire a Senior Property Manager.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the day -to -day operations, maintenance, and compliance of a portfolio of PRS assets across Dublin. This role will suit an experienced professional with strong leadership, financial oversight, and tenant management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily block management, maintenance, and repairs.
Partner with onsite and leasing teams to maintain standards and minimise vacancy periods.
Implement and manage PPM schedules and maintenance budgets.
Conduct property inspections, manage tenant relations, and handle disputes (including RTB where required).
Prepare regular operational and financial reports.

Requirements:

4+ years’ experience in property/block management (OMC experience desirable).
Valid PSRA Licence (essential).
Strong understanding of health & safety and property regulations.
Experience with property management software (Yardi preferred).
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
