Job Description - Senior Quantity Surveyor - 100k + car

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Client: Leading Tier 2 - Main Contractor
Essentials: 8-10 years of quantity surveying experience (ideally with a Tier 1/2 Main Contractor in Ireland), Degree in Quantity Surveying
Location: Dublin
Salary: €85,000 - €100,000
Package: Pension, Company Vehicle, Bonus
Reporting to: Commercial Director

Oversee commercial management and project reporting, encompassing financial forecasting and handling risk management.

Operate independently while working closely with the Managing QS to meet project objectives and ensure alignment.

Handle stakeholder communications and foster relationships with contractors, clients, and suppliers to maintain project coherence.

Ensure smooth project delivery by tracking costs, budgets, and financial performance to keep projects within financial parameters.

Create and evaluate commercial documents such as valuations, claims, and variations, ensuring they meet contractual requirements and standards.
