At the same time, our technologies may be used as an attack vector for breaking into our customers devices by exploiting existing SW vulnerabilities.\n\nYou will be part of a team responsible for creating solutions to protect Dolby\u2019s IP as well as minimize exploitable vulnerabilities in Dolby products. Acting as a Senior Security Engineer you will shape Dolby product security in many ways.\n\nEssential Job Functions\n\n * Contribute to Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment for various Dolby products from both IP security and vulnerability standpoint.\n * Implement, verify, and validate IP protection mechanisms.\n * Perform exploitability research of discovered vulnerabilities.\n * Work swiftly in embedded environment at the verge of operating system, applications and hardware.\n\n\n\nRequired Education \u0026 Skills\n\n * 5+ years of professional experience in software security domain.\n * Proficiency in C++, C and Python programming.\n * Professional experience with at least one cryptographic implementation (e.g. crypto++, mbedTLS, openSSL, etc.).\n * Solid understanding of secure processing and Trusted Execution Environments (TEE).\n * Hands-on experience in SW reverse engineering.\n * Solid understanding of executable binary formats and their internals.\n * Solid understanding of SW vulnerabilities and their exploitation methods (buffer overflows, use-after-free, etc.).\n * Solid understanding of operating systems internals.\n * Solid handling of disassemblers/decompilers, debuggers, emulators, virtual machines. \n * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n * Good command of English (written and spoken).\n * Nice to have: CTF player, security research, DIY electronics/robotics.\n\n\n\nDolby Hiring Entity:\n\n77 Sir John Rogerson\u0027s Quay, Block C \nGrand Canal Docklands \nDublin D02 VK60 \nIreland\n
