Responsibilities
Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
Lead, supervise, and mentor the care team to ensure best practice.
Provide leadership and support during inspections and audits.
Act as Nurse in Charge, overseeing day-to-day operational management.
Promote a respectful, supportive environment that upholds dignity and wellbeing.
Encourage continuous professional development within the team.
Support management in maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.
Registered General Nurse with an active NMBI PIN.
Currently living in Ireland and eligible to work in Ireland.
Minimum 4 yearsâ experience in nursing homes, older personsâ care, rehabilitation, or acute hospital settings is desirable.
Knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care practices is advantageous.
Excellent clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and organisational abilities.
Passionate about caring for older people and enhancing their quality of life.
Flexible to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends across a 7-day roster.
