Salary: €32,000 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance of €4,000

Our Water Cooler Field Technicians play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service through the delivery, installation, servicing, and maintenance of our water coolers and filtration systems.
In this field-based role, you'll be responsible for the sanitization, maintenance and servicing of water coolers and drinking water systems at customer locations. You'll help ensure our equipment meets the highest hygiene and performance standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
Carrying out scheduled sanitization and disinfection of water coolers and drinking water systems.
Performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment remains safe, hygienic and fully operational.
Installing, servicing and repairing water coolers and filtration systems.
Replacing filters and other consumable components in line with service schedules.
Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
Completing digital service and sanitization records using company systems.
Managing van stock and maintaining the tools and materials required for daily activities.
Delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a professional ambassador for Culligan.
Working in line with all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
Requirements
Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points (no disqualifying offences).
Experience in a field service, maintenance, technical, hygiene or sanitization role is desirable, but training will be giving on full range of products.
A strong focus on cleanliness, quality and attention to detail.
Experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
Experience working in a target-driven environment and consistently achieving performance standards and service KPIs.
Sound geographical knowledge of the local area and surrounding regions.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
