Shop Assistant

A full-time position is available at Spar Roscam, a well-known convenience store located in the neighbourhood of Roscam on the East side of Galway. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions

• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system

• Stock shelves and ensure that the store is well-organized

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store

• Receive and check deliveries to ensure accuracy

• Monitor and manage inventory levels

• Assist in creating attractive product displays

• Follow all company policies and procedures

This position requires flexibility as it includes working on days, evenings, and weekends. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
