Site Acquisition Specialist

Position: Site Acquisition Specialist (German)

Location: Hanover, Germany

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Searching for suitable locations for telecom antennas and identifying potential landlords
• Completing site visits by travelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports
• Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms
• Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software
• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native level of German (C1) with fluency in English
• Ability to travel throughout Germany for business
• Sales or negotiations experience
• Extraordinary negotiations skills are an absolute necessity
• Great communication skills
• Computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
