Skilled Labourer / General Operative / Fitter / Pipe Layer Construction Ireland (EU Relocation) T

Parker Stewart is building a pool of experienced construction tradespeople and labourers currently based in Bulgaria (or elsewhere in the EU) who hold an EU passport and are willing to relocate to Ireland for construction work. This pool covers General Operatives/Skilled Labourers, Fitters, Pipe Layers and other manual skilled trades needed on site — successful candidates will be matched to live vacancies with a number of established Irish construction employers as roles are confirmed.

What you'll be doing: general site labouring, groundworks and site clearance, materials handling, assisting tradespeople — or, depending on your trade, mechanical/pipe fitting, pipe laying and jointing, or drainage and services installation. Always working safely to site method statements and RAMS.

What we need: genuine hands-on construction experience in your trade (general labouring, fitting, pipe laying, or similar), comfort working outdoors in all weather, a good safety record, and a willingness to relocate to Ireland. An EU passport is mandatory — this cannot be waived.

Package: paid in line with the Sectoral Employment Order (SEO) for the Construction Sector, from Category B Worker through to Craftsperson rate depending on trade and classification — approximately €21.37–€23.74 per hour (c. €43,000–€48,000 p.a. based on a standard working week). Rate to be confirmed against SEO updates and specific trade at time of hire.

Relocation support (flights, initial accommodation) varies by client — some of our clients offer this, some do not. Confirmed once matched to a specific opportunity.
