Clancy Construction is seeking an experienced Snagger to work with us in Cork.

Location

This is a Site based role in the Cork area.

Reporting to 

The Site Manager.

Key responsibilities will include :

• All assigned jobs are to be carried out to the highest standard fully complying with health and safety regulations at all times.


• Responsible for supporting the Site Manager in proactive prevention of snags on large residential projects.


• Detect and report on planned inspection, detection and close out regime of snags on new residential units prior to handover.


• Ensure compliance to high standards of health & safety and compliance at all times.


• Carry out specified tasks in assigned locations to include all aspects of general property maintenance.


• Manage snag lists and accurate records effectively using in-house systems.


• Required to carry out a variety of snagging and maintenance on new build residential properties.

Qualifications / Experience :

The ideal candidates will be able to carry out first and second fix works and will be skilled across all key general trades

• Previous Snagging experience is essential.


• Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels.


• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.


• Good verbal communication skills.


• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
