Job Description - Social Care Manager -Day Service

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in healthcare recruitment for both domestic and international candidates across hospitals, nursing homes, home care, and community care settings.

We are currently hiring a Social Care Manager-Day Service for a community-based organisation in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality residential care, ensuring the needs of individuals are met with dignity and respect.

Promote a person-centred approach, supporting individuals in both residential and community settings.

Uphold core values by providing respectful, progressive, professional, and positive services.

Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of the service.

Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality care.

Ensure the service operates in compliance with organisational policies, standards, and the HSE New Directions Policy.

Requirements

Third-level qualification in Social Care, Education and Training, Intellectual Disability Nursing, Allied Health Professions, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 2 yearsâ relevant post-qualification experience in Social Care Services.

Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and take on leadership responsibilities.

Full, clean manual driving licence required.

CORU registration is essential.
