· Offering luxury accommodation and wellness experiences to international guests

· Providing high-quality dining, spa, and relaxation services

· Delivering personalized customer service focused on comfort, wellbeing, and guest satisfaction

· Performing spa treatments such as massages, facials, and body therapies

· Welcoming guests and ensuring a relaxing and professional spa experience

· Advising guests on treatments and wellness products

· Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms according to hygiene and presentation standards

· Ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction throughout treatments

· Assisting with spa reception duties when required

· Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the spa facilities

· Working closely with the spa and hotel team to deliver a luxury guest experience

Requirements

· Good level of English required (B1/B2 minimum)

· Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a wellness environment preferred

· Qualification or certification in massage, beauty therapy, or spa treatments is an advantage

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Professional appearance and positive attitude

· Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

· Team spirit, flexibility, and attention to detail

· EU nationality or right to work in Ireland
