Job Description - Staff Nurse

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care

RecruitNet is hiring Staff nurses into a nursing home located in Co. Kilkenny, Ireland.

Responsibilities

Make sure that every employee does their utmost to support the nursing home's effective operation and the development of an environment that serves the clients' best interests.

Report any client health issues and, if required, request G.P. or professional visits.

Assist clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals in completing and maintaining their care plans in compliance with An Bord Altranais policies and procedures.

Evaluate every facet of the client's care requirements, and when necessary, oversee nursing care and offer health monitoring.

Determine the social and medical needs of new clients, conduct ongoing evaluations, and go over all previous clients.

Requirements

Capacity for successful communication at all levels

Sincere desire to collaborate with the appropriate clientele.

Current An Bord Altrainis registration.

First-level nurse and team player

Understanding of HIQA Guidelines

Prior experience working as a supervisor
