Responsibilities
- Individualised resident person\-centred care plans should be assessed, planned, carried out, and evaluated within a predetermined framework, in compliance with HIQA standards, best practices, and current evidence\-based nursing research.
- The chosen applicant will offer comprehensive, person\-centred care, encouraging maximum independence and improving our residents' quality of life.
- Create and preserve strong relationships with the residents' families and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach.
- To get the best input for the resident, be cognisant of and collaborate closely with the many disciplines of the multidisciplinary team.
- In compliance with regional and federal regulations, keep pertinent and accurate written records and reports about resident care.
- Encourage a care approach that respects the resident's right to autonomy and consent while also enabling and facilitating.
- Keep an eye on residents' general health, work to avoid disease, and encourage healthy living.
