Job Description - Staff Nurse

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.

We are hiring Staff Nurses for a leading Nursing Home in Kildare, Ireland.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent evidence-based nursing care and implementing all aspects of the care plans based on the needs identified and reviewed accordingly

Provide mentorship and training to staff as required

Record clinical practice in line with NMBI standards

Ensure that residents receive the best possible care.

Supporting the daily administration and functioning of the home in accordance with the National Standards for Residential Care Settings for Older People.

Represent the nursing home always and act in the residents' and the facility's best interests.

Possess a strong sense of self-motivation and a drive to collaborate with others in order to create better care models for the home.

Take the initiative to look for ways to improve and welcome change.

Requirements

Registered with NMBI

Minimum 3-4 years working in a Nursing Home setting is essential

Be eligible to work in Ireland

Experience working in a Nursing Home or Older Person setting desirable
