We are hiring a Staff Nurse - Endoscopy in our Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

Full Time,Permanent

Responsibilities

Provides assigned hospital patients direct care.

To make sure that patients using the endoscopy unit receive excellent nurse care while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Carries out doctor's orders for all assigned patients; gives prescriptions and treatments safely and appropriately.

Alerts the relevant medical and nursing staff to any changes in the patient's condition.

Considers the patient's response while evaluating the care provided.

Tracks nursing care in the hospital's Meditech system and all allocated patient records.

Requirements

Registered on the General Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) with a valid current NMBI PIN.

Previous experience working in an Endoscopy Department is essential.

Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute hospital setting.

Experience working within the Irish Healthcare System is required.

Must hold a valid Stamp 4 permission to work in Ireland.

Demonstrated strong clinical knowledge and professional nursing competence.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and spoken English language skills.

Ability to work effectively in a professional healthcare environment and multidisciplinary team.
