Ensure the safe operation of equipment and maintenance of adequate supplies within an efficiently organised clinical environment.
Assess individual patient needs, plan and implement care, and ensure documentation is completed accurately, professionally, and promptly.
Promote a safe clinical environment by adhering to infection prevention and control standards, including the use of protective barriers and proper waste disposal.
Maintain positive interdepartmental relationships, collaborating closely with physicians, patients, families, and other care providers to optimise outcomes.
