Teamworx are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager on behalf of a leading international premium retail brand in Drogheda.

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operation and performance of the store, leading your team to deliver exceptional service while achieving strong commercial results.
As Store Manager, you will:
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team.
Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience, ensuring consistently high service standards.
Build strong relationships with customers and coach your team to engage confidently, advise and build rapport.
Take ownership of store performance, driving sales and achieving commercial targets and KPIs.
Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to grow sales and improve results.
Recruit, onboard, coach and develop team members, supporting their ongoing progression.
Lead by example on the shop floor and create a strong customer-first culture.
Maintain excellent standards across merchandising, store presentation and operational procedures.
Manage rotas, staffing levels and daily store operations effectively.
Create clear action plans and engage the team around targets, priorities and product launches.
We are looking for an experienced retail leader who can combine commercial performance with exceptional people and customer leadership.
You will ideally have:
Previous management experience within a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
A strong background in sales and delivering against commercial targets.
Experience within premium, luxury, beauty, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or another service-led retail environment would be highly advantageous.
Excellent people-management skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence working with KPIs, sales targets and store performance data.
A hands-on leadership style and the ability to lead from the shop floor.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage the operational requirements of a busy retail environment.
A positive, energetic and commercially focused approach to retail leadership.
