Role: Strategic Partnerships Manager

Client: Leading Residential Developer

Essentials: Degree in Property Economics or related: 3+ years of commercial agency, estate management or property development experience

Location: Office based in Central Dublin

Salary: €65,000

Our client is seeking a dynamic Strategic Partnership Manager to join its Strategic Partnerships team within the CIO function. The successful candidate will support commercial analysis, coordination, and stakeholder engagement throughout the partnership lifecycle, working closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure informed decision-making and effective delivery.

Support the management of relationships with B2B and B2G partners, including state bodies, institutional customers, and strategic counterparties.

Assist in the preparation of commercial materials for partnership discussions, such as briefing papers, presentations, and commercial summaries.

Coordinate partnership activities across the business, ensuring alignment between Strategic Partnerships, Investment, Finance, Construction, and Legal.

Track partnership activities, actions, and milestones, maintaining clear records for delivery and reporting.

Support the assessment of partnership opportunities through market, policy, customer, and commercial information analysis.

Prepare inputs for internal governance forums, including SMT and Executive discussions.
