Hours: 31-36 hours per week

Pay: €15.10- €15.60 per hour

We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Supervisor to assist the management and team in daily operations. You’ll play a massive part in getting our Swords store off to the best start!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running daily operations

• Training, and inspiring your team

• Ensuring top-notch customer service every time

• Upholding our food safety and quality standards

• Driving sales and hitting KPIs

• ️ Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly

• Managing stock, wastage and deliveries

• Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment

✨ What We're Looking For:

• ✅ Previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment

• Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership

• Great communicator and natural problem-solver

• Results-driven with a passion for people and great food

• Calm under pressure and cool with multitasking

• Ready to climb the ladder and progress

• A natural leader who is inspiring, consistent and fair
