System Engineer

1. Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft server infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
   
2. Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure services, ensuring a secure and efficient cloud environment.
   
3. Collaborate with cross -functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
   
4. Lead the planning and execution of Microsoft -related projects, ensuring on -time delivery and adherence to best practices.
   
5. Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Microsoft server environments.
   
6. Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
   
7. Stay informed about the latest Microsoft technologies, updates, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
   
8. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
   
9. Collaborate with vendors and third -party providers to integrate and support Microsoft solutions.

Qualifications:
