What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing expert Level 2 technical support to clients
  


• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Server, Exchange, and Intune
  


• Working closely with clients to deliver outstanding IT support and solutions
  


• Gaining hands-on experience with Azure, cloud services, and cybersecurity
  


• Contributing to exciting projects and developing your technical expertise
  

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience supporting Microsoft environments within an MSP
  


•  Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration, Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Exchange, Intune.
  


•  Excellent communication skills â€“ clear English and a client-focused approach
  


• Based in Dublin (or nearby) and fully eligible to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid work permit)
