Visa/Immigration Senior Analyst - Maternity Leave Cover

The Visa/Immigration Senior Analyst on the Career Launch team manages and drives the work permit and visa application process for new joiners, existing UKI employees and international transfers across the UK and Ireland.

*Please note that the role is open as maternity cover and this is not a permanent position

Responsibilities: 

• Manage work permit applications process for FTE/FTC new joiners so that new joiners start on time, as well as renewals for existing employees.  
• Act as main POC for any work permit and visa sponsorship related questions by keeping up to date with internal policies and Irish work permit and visa sponsorship legislation as published by the local government.
• Act as a trusted business advisor to senior stakeholders on all visa/immigration matters.
• Act as main POC for new hires and existing employees to provide white glove service throughout their application and employment across the UK and Ireland
• Develop partnering relationship with Fragomen, Vialto, Accenture People Mobility team, business stakeholders, HR and various internal teams.
• Manage expectations of recruiters and recruitment leads and the business and keep them updated as to work permit timelines and status. Attending the office on recruitment days.
• Regularly train direct line managers, recruiters (including new joiners) and HR on relevant visa/immigration matters.
• Collate and distribute regular reports to management on the status of the employee/contractors work permit expiry
• Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits on a regular basis ensuring these can be fully passed to high level of satisfaction
• Provide backup support to colleagues whilst they are on leave, as well as ad-hoc tasks as required.  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent knowledge of work permit and sponsorship processes across the UK and Ireland.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication and soft skills to manage diverse stakeholders and candidates
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Must be able to work well as part of a team as well as independently with a high level of responsibility
