VP Powerplant : Dublin | Hybrid

Lucida Search Partners is supporting a leading global aircraft lessor with the appointment of a VP Powerplant.

This is a senior opportunity within an established international leasing business, with responsibility for engine maintenance strategy, shop visit oversight, technical risk, forecasting and transaction support.

The Role

• Lead major engine maintenance and shop visit activity.


• Review workscopes, costs, maintenance reserves and technical exposure.


• Provide Powerplant expertise across aircraft transitions, sales and trading activity.


• Work closely with Asset Management, Trading, Pricing, Risk and Technical teams.


• Help protect asset value and support wider commercial decisions.

About You

• 5–10 years’ relevant Powerplant experience across leasing, airline, MRO, OEM or technical asset management.


• Strong engine maintenance and shop visit experience.


• Commercially minded, with a good understanding of asset value and lease economics.


• Engineering or relevant technical qualification.


• Aircraft leasing experience would be advantageous.
