Responsibilities

• Measure, fit, and install windows in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings according to specifications and safety standards.
• Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and finishing around windows to provide weatherproof and energy-efficient installations.
• Remove old or damaged windows carefully and dispose of materials responsibly.
• Read and interpret installation plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience as a window installer or in a similar installation role.
• Proficient in measuring and fitting various types of windows and frames.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation manuals.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to working at heights and handling glass materials.
• Good physical fitness and manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.
• Relevant certifications in window installation or construction are advantageous.
