Reporting to: Workshop Manager

Location: Specialized Ireland, Dublin
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

As a Workshop Technician, you’ll be an important part of our store team — supporting riders, solving technical challenges, and ensuring every bike leaves our workshop performing at its best. You don’t need to know everything on day one; if you bring motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, we’ll help you grow your expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to riders in store, online, and by phone

• Build, safety‑check, and prepare bikes for display or collection

• Diagnose and repair bikes with care and accuracy

• Manage warranty processes, deliveries, and stock transfers

• Maintain workshop organisation, cleanliness, and safety

• Support stock checks and record‑keeping

• Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment

• Collaborate with the wider store team as needed
