During your apprenticeship, you will be paid a weekly wage, financially supported for travel to college, or provided with accommodation. Plus, you’ll have access to the great benefits that come with working for a large, leading construction company like BAM . 

With BAM’s construction sites located across the country, we endeavour to place you in a location of your choice—helping you answer the question, “What if my future starts here?” 

Making Possible

We are looking for a school or college leaver who is looking to start their career in the construction industry. You'll need good communication skills, be an excellent team worker but also be able to use your initiative.

As this is an apprenticeship, you must be prepared to work towards your qualification whilst also working on site and gaining the experience you need to succeed.    

 To undertake this apprenticeship, you must: 

• Be at least 18 years of age. 

• Have a QQI Level 5 (or equivalent). 

• Have a Pass Grade in Maths & English at Level 5 (or Equivalent) at time of start date
