Applications are invited for the position of Clerical Officer at Bon Secours Hospital Tralee on a permanent basis (35 hours per week).

The successful candidate will work within the Clerical Administration Department and must possess the following at a minimum:

• 2 years office/administration experience essential Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
•  Ability to work to strict deadlines.
•  Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team-player.
•  Excellent IT skills - Excel, Word, , typing skills.
• Ability to multitask essential.
• Excellent time keeping skills.
•  Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Motivation and dedication to providing quality and excellent service.
• Ability to evaluate information and judge situations.
• Flexible to changing needs.
