Job Description - Gate Attendant

Location: Ennis, TX
Job type: Part-Time.
Duties:

- Oversee user fee collection and manage reservations.
- Provide prompt service during peak hours and ensure minimal customer wait times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and security of the gatehouse.
- Conduct regular park inspections and assist with visitor inquiries.
- Manage lost and found operations.

Requirements:

- Must at least be 21 years old.
- Must be stationed at the gatehouse during duty hours.
- Both team members are required in the gatehouse during peak times as determined by the lake manager for efficient customer service.
- Customer waiting times should be minimized.
