Retail Advisor Part-Time (Limerick Crescent)

What the job will entail:

• Achievement of individual sales targets set by the business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis


• Ensure all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed timeframes


• Ensure you consistently deliver a first class experience to all our customers.


• Keeping updated on new products and services to be able to advise our customers accordingly


• Take ownership of your customer's queries or needs,dealing with them in a positive manner to ensure that all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion.

• Flexibility on working hours due to the opening and closing times of our stores


• You are a strong communicator with the ability to tailor your style depending on the audience

• You enjoy working on your own and as part of your wider team to achieve customer satisfaction and important metrics
