We are looking for a Stock Assistant to support our Property Management operations, ensuring efficient stock control, organisation and distribution of items across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the storeroom, ensuring items are organised and properly stored.


• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.


• Receive and process requests from different departments.


• Allocate and distribute items, including furniture, according to internal tickets.


• Conduct regular inventory checks and identify discrepancies.


• Report stock status and needs to the Property Management team.

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in stock control, inventory or storeroom management.


• Strong organisational and time management skills.


• Attention to detail and accuracy.


• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different departments.


• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems is a plus.
