Dal 1925 la famiglia Jeantet-Roullet lo gestisce portando avanti la cultura dell’ospitalità, coinvolgendo oltre 90 collaboratori. La Casa offre 39 camere uniche, ognuna arredata con mobili e oggetti antichi appartenenti alla collezione di famiglia, una Spa rigenerativa di 1.200 metri e quattro ristoranti: Le Petit Bellevue, il Ristorante Bellevue, il Bar à Fromage restaurant de montagne e la Brasserie du Bon Bec. La pluripremiata Cantina vini, la Cantina formaggi, l'orto circolare e la panetteria completano la Casa, parte del circuito Relais & Châteaux. The Bellevue in Cogne, Valle d'Aosta, overlooking the Prati di Sant'Orso, right in front of the Gran Paradiso and the National Park of the same name, is not a simple hotel, but a great House that embraces history, culture and is not a simple hotel, but a great House that embraces history, culture and nature of the Alps.
