Buildings Project Specialist (Maranello)

To strengthen our Industrial Department, we are looking to hire a Buildings Project Manager based in Maranello (Italy).

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our plant expansion and modernization projects. You will play a crucial role in the organization, managing and supervising project activities to ensure that every step of the process, from planning to execution, meets defined standards of quality, sustainability, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.


• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, required resources, and budgets.


• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing effective mitigation plans.

Coordination and Supervision

• Coordinate the activities of all project participants (architects, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors).


• Supervise project progress, ensuring deadlines, technical specifications, and quality standards are met.


• Organize and conduct regular update meetings with the project team and stakeholders.

Budget Management

• Monitor and control expenditures, ensuring the project remains within budget forecasts.


• Manage budget variances and approve additional expenditures when necessary.

Quality and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, environmental standards, and corporate sustainability policies.


• Perform periodic quality checks to monitor progress and resolve any issues.


• Accurately manage project documentation, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and well organized.

Communication and Relationships

• Maintain clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams.


• Manage relationships with internal teams (Technology) and external partners involved in the projects.

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achived excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent. You should ideally have gained at least 3 years of experience as a Project Specialist in the building or industrial sector. Proven experience in budget management and in the planning and management of construction sites will be considered a strong asset.

Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-changing environment and strong communication skills, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization are important to manage activities and responsabilities of the role. Fluent English is required; Italian language skills are an advantage. International experience and a multicultural mindset are highly valued.
