Descrizione Lavoro - Academic Advisor

Location: Aviano Air Base, Italy
Worksite: On-site
Position: Full-time
Duties:

Provide academic advisement, information, and guidance.
Administer tests weekly and ensure test security.
Update education records for enlisted members.
Ensure marketing materials are current and publish bi-monthly newsletters.
Inform spouses of educational options and brief members on GRE/GMAT exams.
Manage emails, calls, and walk-in customers professionally.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Preferred experience in the education field and coursework in counseling or education.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to operate standard office equipment.
Must speak English and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
