As a member of our Consumer Team, you’ll work with some of the most iconic brands in FMCG, Retail, and so on, helping them navigate a rapidly evolving market landscape. You’ll contribute to high-impact strategic projects, from growth and innovation to digital transformation and customer experience. 

What You’ll Do 

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team of experienced consultants to: 

• Define growth strategies in mature and emerging markets

• Analyze consumer trends and market opportunities

• Design go-to-market strategies

• Develop sustainable business plans for consumer-focused companies

• Support digital transformation and direct-to-consumer (D2C) models

• Conduct commercial due diligence in M&A contexts

• Shape  operating models and customer-centric organizations 

Your Profile 

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Management Engineering, or related fields 

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree grades of at least 105/110 and 108/110 respectively 

• 1–4 years of experience in a consulting firm or international consumer-focused company

• Strong knowledge of the Consumer sector is considered a plus

• MBA is considered an asset

• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum C1 level)
