Role Overview

MDOTM is looking for an Agile delivery manager to join our organisation. This is a company-wide role: you will own the way we work across all our technical teams, while acting as the connective tissue between engineering and the business. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, protect focus, and make delivery predictable, linking day-to-day execution to our OKR-driven planning cycle so that what teams build maps clearly to what the company has committed to. As we grow, you will be the person who makes sure our ways of working scale with us, supporting the delivery of Sphere, our proprietary AI-driven investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the full set of agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement) across the teams you support, keeping them purposeful, time-boxed, and outcome-oriented.


• Act as the point of reference for agile methodology across the company, establishing a consistent way of working while allowing each team the flexibility it genuinely needs.


• Extend agile practices beyond engineering, starting with product and marketing and progressively bringing other business functions into the same planning and delivery rhythm.


• Partner closely with business functions to translate priorities into deliverable work, manage expectations on timelines, and give stakeholders real visibility into progress.


• Connect execution to company OKRs, making sure each team can articulate how its current work moves a key result, and surfacing misalignment between teams or between teams and company goals early


• Coach teams, Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and business stakeholders on agile principles and on how to work effectively together across functions.


• Identify, track, and remove impediments wherever they sit in the organisation, escalating when needed and following through until they are resolved.


• Make delivery visible and measurable through flow metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, predictability) and use them to drive conversations.


• Build the methodology foundation for a scaling company: document and standardise process, onboard new joiners into our ways of working, and evolve practices as team count and complexity grow.

Skills Required

• 2–3 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or Scrum Master, including at least one year of hands-on agile implementation.


• Solid command of Agile methodologies, and the judgement to know which practices serve a given team and which are ceremony for its own sake


• Demonstrated ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences, adapting how you communicate to engineers, product managers, and commercial stakeholders alike


• Experience working with OKRs or a comparable goal-setting framework, and comfort translating strategic objectives into team-level execution


• Hands-on familiarity with Jira (boards, workflows, reporting) and Confluence


• Experience supporting teams through growth or organisational change, in a scale-up or fast-moving environment


• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently with senior external stakeholders.

Bonus points:

• Relevant certifications (PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe, ICAgile)


• Experience introducing or refining agile practices in a team that had none


• Exposure to scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) in a multi-team setting


• Background in fintech, asset management, or another regulated environment
