Opportunity Overview

Teradyne is seeking a highly technical AI Tools Operations Lead to own the operational lifecycle of the company's enterprise AI tool portfolio. This is a player-coach role with approximately 70% hands-on execution and 30% leadership, vendor management, governance coordination, and operational planning. The role serves as the operational owner for enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude Enterprise, AgentGateway, MCP integrations, and future AI platforms. In addition to supporting individual AI platforms, this role helps define, operationalize, and continuously improve a common AI Support Operating Model across the enterprise AI Tools portfolio.

• Help define, implement, and continuously improve the enterprise AI Tools Support Operating Model, working across a cross-functional support team. Establish consistent onboarding, support, governance, escalation, financial management, builder enablement, and lifecycle management processes across the AI tool portfolio. Create repeatable support patterns that allow new AI tools to move smoothly from evaluation into production support


• Serve as primary administrator for enterprise AI Tool platforms. Manage vendor admin portals, licensing, provisioning, usage limits, platform configurations, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational automation


• Provide hands-on onboarding and support for Copilot Studio builders and AI solution creators. Administer Power Platform environments, Dataverse configurations, and AgentGateway / MCP governance and onboarding workflows. 


• Perform monthly billing reconciliation, chargeback allocation, license optimization, seat reclamation, vendor relationship management, QBR preparation, spend tracking, and AI platform financial governance.


• Manage SSO, SCIM, Entra ID integration, Azure security groups, access reviews, governance documentation, audit support, and AI security coordination activities.


• Lead operational activities for new AI tool evaluations including pilot setup, onboarding workflows, governance intake, support readiness, documentation creation, and production handoff planning.

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations, SaaS administration, platform engineering, collaboration technologies, technical support leadership, or related disciplines.


• Experience with Microsoft 365, identity management, SaaS administration, vendor management, and enterprise support operations.


• Copilot Studio administration, Power Platform, Claude Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Cursor Enterprise, LLM governance, FinOps, ITIL, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Jira Service Management, and enterprise AI platform operations.
