To manage and navigate a 24 -meter private yacht registered under the Maltese flag, EDMAR International is seeking an experienced Captain fluent in Italian, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in private yachting.

Requirements

• Ensure the safety, navigation, and operation of the yacht

• Plan and manage cruise itineraries according to the owners’ requests

• Recruit, supervise, and coordinate the crew on board

• Guarantee the proper technical and aesthetic maintenance of the yacht

• Maintain compliance with maritime regulations and those related to the Maltese flag

• Ensure discreet and high -end service to the owners and their guests

Benefits

• Fluency in Italian

• Non -smoker

• Minimum 10 years of confirmed experience as a captain on private yachts of similar size

• Strong knowledge of navigation in the Mediterranean (Italy, Corsica, Sardinia)

• Excellent organizational skills, high discretion, and professional attitude

• Valid licenses, certificates, and nautical qualifications

• Hold a Certificate of Competency (CoC) with Master Yacht 200 GT qualification and/or an Italian navigation license >12 miles

• Permanent Maltese contract

• Salary based on experience (DOE) and current market conditions

• Position available starting asap
